Snowdon Photo Gallery. For Saturday 6th December 2008. Parked at Pen Y Pass. Commenced the PYG track Met snow and snow on ice by the Crib Goch track. Decided not to do Crib Goch. Increasing amounts of snow eith every 100 meters. Fine views over to Lliwedd. Continued up to the summit of Snowdon. Then off the South face. Crimpons would have been useful. Ascended Lliwedd easily, and enjoyed the rest of the snow. Descending Liwedd to Lyn Lidaw was fraught with danger of verglas. This made the rocks as slippy as a slippy thing covered in banana oil.
